NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Canadian Urology Research Consortium will be held on will be held at the Delta Prince Edward Hotel on Sunday June 27, 2010 from 7:00 - 8:30 am at the CUA Annual Conference, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island,

For the following purposes:

A) To elect one (1) Chairman and eight (8) Directors of the Board
B) To receive the Annual Report of the Directors
C) To appoint Auditors of the Corporation and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration
D) And on such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
