TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The C2 retreat is open to all members of the Canadian Urology Research Consortium and the Canadian Urological Oncology Group.
Space is limited to the first 50 registrants, and will be filled on a firstcome basis.
Deadline for Registration is September 30, 2011.
Although CURC/CUOG will graciously cover all attendee travel and accommodation expenses, cancellations made after September 30, 2011 will be subject to a penalty charge of 50% of all booking expenses made on your behalf.
Friday November 18 - Sunday November 20th 2011
C2R attendees must submit their travel requests to Total Advantage Travel by September 30th, 2011. Airline bookings will be made in the lowest possible Tango Plus (Economy Class only) or equivalent airfare on Air Canada, Westjet or Porter Airlines. Via Rail travel in regular economy class would also be permitted as an option to flying. Participants shall be subject to all airfare and accommodation cancellation fees and penalties if arrangements are cancelled once ticketed.
